For a recent event, I was asked to design an invitation with a cherry blossom theme. I drew an Asian-inspired tree and added delicate blossoms onto the branches. The curving trunk and gentle foliage bring balance to this Spring invitation.
I created this logo for Servant, a financial services company. It features a shield showing strength and growth. I made several variations of the logo, two of which are shown here.

This is a tri-fold brochure that I created to advertise the Art Institute of Washington's Graphic Design Program. Since this was intended for the spring semester, the season inspired the theme and cheery color choice. One of the requirements was to highlight some of the faculty that
would be educating the students and to emphasize the career opportunities available after graduation.

This is a logo I designed for a restaurant in the area. I drew the background, imagery, and customized the typography in Adobe Illustrator. The restaurant also requested scripted monograms to go on their dishes and napkins. The monogram has a haandi pot to tie it into the main logo.

I made a matching picture of the one I made of my grandparents. On this one I did a similar treatment using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create this tribute to my grandparents. It makes a lovely set.

I used a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create this tribute to my grandparents. There was heavy editing needed on the photo, including removing the background and fusing together two different pictures to create this composite. Then I drew the line drawing of them over the picture to emphasize their features and skin. My favorite part of the picture is their clasped hands. That, and my grandmother's lovely smile.

There was a series of criteria and the trainees were given a grade of green, yellow, or red grade in each of them. I also designed a dashboard for the trainers and a number of graphs that allowed trainers to query data and track the progession of the trainees.

I was asked to capture the feel of a vineyard. I used a stock photo but did some significant editing in Photoshop to get the image ready for print. This project also includes a wine list and posters.

I created this logo and branding pack for the Law Librarians' Society of Washington, D.C. They wanted to incorporate iconic DC landmarks and the DC flag, known for its double bars and 3 red stars. We were able to do both to create some striking branding.
